I enjoyed my three-night stay here - the place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the beds were really comfy.

Convenient location within walking distance to restaurants and the village center. Impressed with the single room that comes with its own bathroom 🚿.

The rooms at Hotel Do Parque - Congress & Spa are super comfy with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a minibar. It's like having a cozy little oasis to retreat to after a long day of work travel. I felt totally pampered!

Personally, I found the seating area in some rooms a bit unnecessary. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might find it nice.

I got great value for my money and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to the thermal spas and with easy access to hiking and driving experiences. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at all levels.

The spa seemed a bit crowded at times and it was sometimes difficult to find available slots. the heating system in certain areas of the hotel was not functioning properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable in the corridors.

We loved how close this place was to the center of the village. It made it very convenient for us to explore and visit the nearby mountain and old villages. The staff here were amazing and provided top-notch service. They even offered to drive us to the thermal facilities for treatments, which was a great help since my companion had difficulty walking. The spa facilities, including the outdoor pool, were fantastic and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. The included breakfast was delicious and we were impressed by the variety of options. we had a great experience here.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, such as a lack of English translations on the menus and some difficulty communicating with the staff. Additionally, the balcony doors from our room didn't lock properly, which made us feel slightly unsafe.
